Inner Balance invites people of all ages and fitness levels to enjoy
the many benefits of yoga. Our small classes with certified instructors in a tranquil atmosphere provide a healing experience for those new to yoga
as well as seasoned practitioners. Our teaching style provides allows the individual to modify or deepen postures as needed to optimize their practice.

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Instructor: Nicole Tzen
A unique blend of several styles of yoga with a focus on improving physical vitality, restoring emotional balance and deepening spiritual awareness through breathing exercises, meditation and a series of yoga postures. A slow paced, fluid class that combines elements of both movement and stillness. and a balance of stretching and strengthening.
Kripalu Yoga Instructor: Helen Lein
Kripalu Yoga teaches us to stay calm, relaxed and focused. While the postures can be challenging, we develop strength in both body and attitude, learning to relax and enjoy each experience. The class is intended for students at all levels – each person works with his or her body integrated with breath in order to reach maximum benefit. The class is focused on Yoga, but also uses principles of Qigong, a Chinese practice that strongly stresses the power of Chi – internal energy – to maximize health, power, strength and awareness.Not only will you practice physical postures, but develop techniques to use “off the mat” to stay centered and calm.
Meditation Instructor- Helen Lein
This class is for those who are new to meditation as well as those with experience. Each week Helen will guide you though a different meditative experience to assist you in calming the mind and connecting with your deepest self.
